Article 1 — Personal Information

"Personal Information" refers to information about a living individual that can identify a specific person, including name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, and other descriptors, as well as information that can alone identify a specific individual such as facial image data, fingerprints, voiceprints, health insurance policyholder numbers, and similar individual identification information.

Article 2 — Methods of Collecting Personal Information

We may ask Users to provide personal information when they register for an account or use the Service. The information we collect includes, but is not limited to:

• Username / display name and email address at registration
• Billing information (credit card numbers, billing address) when making purchases — processed securely by our payment provider and not stored on our servers
• IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and access logs collected automatically
• Exam progress data, quiz answers, and study history generated through use of the Service
• Messages submitted through the Contact form

We may also receive information about Users from our third-party partners, such as payment processors or analytics providers, as part of delivering the Service.

Article 3 — Purposes for Collecting and Using Personal Information

We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

1. To provide, operate, and improve the Service
2. To respond to inquiries from Users (including identity verification)
3. To send Users information about new features, updates, promotions, and other services offered by the Company
4. To send necessary communications such as maintenance notices or important announcements
5. To identify Users who have violated our Terms of Service or who are attempting to use the Service fraudulently or for improper purposes, and to refuse their use
6. To allow Users to view and update their own registration information and service usage history
7. To process billing for paid services
8. To track exam progress and generate personalized study recommendations
9. For other purposes incidental to the above

Article 4 — Changes to the Purpose of Use

We will change the purpose of use of personal information only if it can be reasonably considered that the new purpose is related to the original purpose. When the purpose of use is changed, we will notify Users of the changed purpose by the method prescribed by the Company or announce it on this page.

Article 5 — Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

We will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the User, except in the following cases:

• When required by law
• When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
• When it is especially necessary to improve public health or to promote the healthy development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
• When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government institution, local government, or their contractor performing duties prescribed by law, and obtaining consent is likely to impede the performance of those duties

Notwithstanding the above, we share personal information with the following service providers as necessary to deliver the Service. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information:

• Payment Processors — to securely handle subscription and one-time payments
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers — to host and operate the Service
• Email Service Providers — to send account-related notifications
• Analytics Providers — to understand how the Service is used (see Article 9)

Article 6 — Disclosure of Personal Information

When a User requests disclosure of their personal information, we will disclose it to the User without delay. However, we may choose not to disclose all or part of the information if disclosure falls under any of the following circumstances, in which case we will notify the User without delay:

• Where disclosure could harm the life, body, property, or other rights of the User or a third party
• Where disclosure could significantly impede the proper operation of our business
• Where disclosure would violate applicable law

Article 7 — Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

If the personal information held by the Company about a User is incorrect, the User may request correction, addition, or deletion of that information ("Correction, etc.") in accordance with procedures established by the Company. If we determine that it is necessary to respond to the request, we will carry out the Correction, etc. without delay and notify the User accordingly.

Article 8 — Suspension of Use of Personal Information

If a User requests suspension of use or deletion of their personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the stated purpose or that it was obtained by unlawful means, we will carry out the necessary investigation without delay. Based on the results, if we determine that the request is valid, we will suspend use or delete the personal information and notify the User accordingly.

Where suspension of use or deletion would require significant expense or would otherwise be difficult, and where alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the User, we may take those alternative measures instead.

Article 9 — Cookies and Access Analysis Tools

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and to analyze how the Service is used. A "cookie" is a small data file stored on your device by your browser.

• Session cookies — used to maintain your login state and shopping cart
• Analytics cookies — used to understand visitor behavior and improve the Service (e.g., via Google Analytics or similar tools). Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 16, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
