Kubernetes Certification
15 exams
Introduction
Kubernetes is an open-source container orchestration platform originally designed by Google and donated to the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) in 2014. It automates the deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications across clusters of nodes, and has become the de facto industry standard for container orchestration. All major cloud providers offer managed Kubernetes services — AWS EKS, Azure AKS, and Google GKE — and it is equally well supported in on-premises environments.
The CNCF offers three Kubernetes certifications, all of which are hands-on, performance-based proctored exams conducted in a live terminal environment rather than multiple-choice tests. This format ensures that certified individuals have genuine practical skills.
